I double-decanted all of the wines to remove sediment. The s were tasted when they had hours of decanting. The rest had hours of decanting.

The Warre was beautiful now. It showed lots of dried fruits and Christmas cake character on the nose and palate. Medium sweet.

Add My Food Pairing Tags. Lovely complete glass of port, colour still strong, nose ripe full and fleshy, palate juicy and silky. Sheer pleasure.
Surprisingly delicate and fruity at this stage. Ready to drink with a lightly sweet fruit, raspberry, and dark berry character and a bright acidity. This house makes rather restrained yet rich, flavorful vintage port and a very good tawny called Nimrod.

Warre's excellent vintage port, which as of is developing very well and already tasting pretty good. This was also a special year for Warre's other than the excellent harvest, as it marked their anniversary. My buddy bought a Old Liquor Store and cleaned it up.
